I got an email from <no-reply @ applenld.apple . com> saying an order of £30 has bee processed, will any money be taken out of my account or is this a scam?

no-reply@appldnld.apple.comis not a valid Apple domain. The email you received is a scam, so you can delete it.

Since its a scam/phishing email, no money will be taken out of your account. If you are really concerned, you can change your Apple ID password:
Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
but you should be OK.
ANY email address that ends in " apple.com " is a valid Apple domain.
Apple uses MANY subdomains - this one apparently is short for " apple download " ( appldnld )
Check your purchases:

The apparent address of the SENDER is never an adequate indicator of origin
There will generally be some LINK "disguised" as an Apple LINK to follow in the body of the email = this is the danger
Receiving an fraudulent email confirmation for a purchase you did not make is a very common scam. Be sure that you are not deceived into providing any personal information solicited by that email.

it's a typical scam email. but i worry for the not so tech savvy people out there.
I recieved the same scam mail yesterday and forwarded it to Abuse iCloud but have had no reply.
But be warned : If you opened anything, as I stupidly did, your credit card number is at risk !
I have cancelled my card today as I recieved 2 SMSs from my bank advising of the code necessary
to approve prurchases I did not make.
So watch closely the credit card account that's connect to Apple and if you did open anything call the card
company, in my case VISA and cancel the card.
